How Gift Cards Work at Kilaria Joy:

• Purchasing a Gift Card:

  • Choose your desired gift card denomination. NOTE: Sales and discount offers cannot be applied toward the purchase of a gift card. 
  • When sending as a gift, check the box, 'I want to send this as a gift.' Fill out the form with the recipient's details: name, email, and a personal message. You can also select a date within 90 days from now for the gift card to be sent.
  • Complete the checkout process using your preferred payment method.
  • Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us.

• Receiving a Gift Card:

  • After purchase, you (or the specified recipient) will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code.
  • This email will also provide instructions on how to redeem the gift card at checkout.

• Using Your Gift Card:

  • Shop for your favorite items on our website.
  • At checkout, enter your gift card code into the promo code field to apply the balance.
  • If your order total exceeds the gift card amount, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
  • If your order total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be available on your gift card for future use.

• Gift Card Expiry:

  • Kilaria Joy gift cards do not expire and can be used until the balance is zero.
